Project Details

Bridging the Digitalisation Gap

Türkiye’s digital transformation score has been measured at 3.12 out of 5, indicating that the country remains below the EU average and behind leading European economies in many aspects of business digitalisation and digital technology adoption.

The DIGITALTR Project addresses this gap through a comprehensive approach combining policy development, infrastructure improvements and direct support to enterprises. By drawing on EU expertise and good practices, we aim to accelerate the digital transformation of Türkiye’s manufacturing industry.

The project consists of two main components: (I) Policy and Strategy Development and (II) Pilot Implementation. This dual approach ensures that strategic frameworks are informed by practical experience, while pilot activities feed into policy development.
