Digital Production Monitoring with IoT & Energy Efficiency

Achieving nearly 100% detection and reporting of micro-stoppages

As part of the IoT & Energy Efficiency Learn & Transform Program delivered by OzUBEX for Endel Endüstri Elektrik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., training and consultancy activities enabled the implementation of IoT-based solutions for real-time detection and reporting of micro-stoppages. The project also identified opportunities to improve energy efficiency by analyzing non-production energy consumption. Furthermore, the use of digital tools such as Node-RED and Grafana enhanced the digital transformation capabilities of operational teams and improved overall production efficiency.

Data-Driven Manufacturing through Real-Time Production Monitoring

Up to 65% improvement in coil changeover times

As part of the Learn & Transform Program delivered by OzUBEX for Şensac Yassı Metal San. Tic. A.Ş., training and consultancy activities introduced real-time data collection, accurate OEE measurement, and automated alert systems on the pilot production line. As a result, coil changeover times were reduced from 20–25 minutes to 7–13 minutes, while product size changeover times were also significantly improved. In addition, the project enabled data-driven determination of the most suitable production line and operating speed for approximately 2,000 different products.
