Following the training and consultancy provided to Endel Endüstri Elektrik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. by OzUBEX under its IoT and Energy Efficiency Learn & Transform Programmes, IoT-based solutions enabled real-time detection and reporting of minor stoppages. Analysis of energy consumption outside production identified opportunities to improve energy efficiency. The use of digital tools such as Node-RED and Grafana also strengthened the digital transformation capabilities of company teams and improved productivity.

Following the training and consultancy delivered to Şensac Yassı Metal San. Tic. A.Ş. by OzUBEX under the Learn & Transform Programme, real-time data collection, accurate OEE measurement and automated alert systems were implemented on the pilot production line. Coil changeover times fell from 20–25 minutes to 7–13 minutes, while size changeover times also improved. It also became possible to identify the most suitable production line and speed for approximately 2,000 different products using data-driven analysis.
