Digital Transformation, Stronger Industry

Technical Assistance for Support for the Digital Transformation of Manufacturing Industry Project

This EU-funded project aims to strengthen Türkiye’s competitiveness through digital transformation, improved infrastructure, and policy alignment. The project supports industrial stakeholders in adapting to emerging technologies, increasing productivity, and building long-term resilience.

Bridging the Digitalization Gap

Türkiye’s digital transformation score has been measured as 3.12 out of 5, indicating that the country still remains below the EU average and behind leading European economies in many dimensions of business digitalization and digital technology adoption.
The DIGITALTR Project addresses this gap through a comprehensive approach that combines policy development, infrastructure improvements, and direct enterprise support. By leveraging EU expertise and best practices, we aim to accelerate the digital transformation of Türkiye’s manufacturing industry.
The project consists of two main components: (I) Policy and Strategy Development and (II) Pilot Implementation. Through this dual approach, strategic frameworks are informed by practical experience, while pilot activities provide input to the policy development process.

Two interconnected objectives driving comprehensive digital transformation
