Questions You May Have
You may apply for Digital Maturity Assessment, Digital Transformation Consultancy, Testing and Validation of Digital Systems and Technologies, and Joint Technology Solution Development services.
Yes. If you have undergone a digital maturity assessment using the DMA methodology, SIRI or the DDX/METU-DTX approach within the past year, you do not need to repeat the assessment. You may apply directly for other services using your existing assessment results. If you have previously completed a Digital Maturity Assessment, you must upload it with your application form.
Visit the Open Call section, download and complete the relevant application forms, and submit your application through the application system. Details of eligibility criteria, application requirements and procedures are provided in the Application Guide. Further information about the Open Call will also be shared during the information sessions.
Yes. You can apply for multiple services, but a separate application form must be completed for each service.
Applications may be submitted in Turkish or English. Applications in other languages will not be considered.

Information provided for project evaluation, implementation, monitoring and reporting will be treated confidentially and processed in accordance with Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).
Yes.
Applicants will not be charged any fees. Services provided under the DIGITALTR Open Call are supported through the DIGITALTR Project, co-financed by the European Union and the Republic of Türkiye.
